The Salty Sow - THE American Gastropub!

August 18, 2017

Salty Sow is one of those impressive restaurants where everything on the menu is amazing, with layers of flavor and unique combinations which has made this a place I keep returning to again and again.

The layout of the restaurant is impressive and I recommend dining outside if it's available.

Charles and I got the charcuterie board, steak filet, duck, cauliflower casserole and brussel sprouts. The charcuterie board was so good with different flavors. The steak flier was juicy and had a reduce wine sauce. The duck and braised beef was okay. The cauliflower casserole and Brussels sprouts were okay. Overall, I would come back. This place was pricey, but worth it.

I highly recommend making a reservation for this restaurant, because the seats quickly fill.  I suggest getting a reservation, arrive early and enjoy a cocktail before your table is ready.

TIP: Go with two or more people and share apps and entrees to explore the will NOT regret it.
